Swanson GIFT: Press Conference and Public Celebration

On December 5, 2007, John A. Swanson (PhD ’66) was honored for the greatest generosity by an individual donor in Pitt’s 220-year history. In recognition of this extraordinary generosity, the University renamed the school the John A. Swanson School of Engineering.
