Alumni How to Make a Gift

There are several ways to make a gift to the University of Pittsburgh Swanson School of Engineering.

  • Cash is the easiest and most common way to make a gift to the school. Make the check payable to the "University of Pittsburgh" and enclose it with the pledge card. If you would like your gift to be allocated in support of a particular department, program, or scholarship, please indicate this on the pledge card.
  • You can also use your credit card to make a gift to the school with your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. To make a credit card gift or a pledge by phone, please call 412-624-5691.
  • Gifts of securities are another way to support the school. The process is easy and can be done electronically. For instructions, please see this link.

You may also give on line through Pitt's secure giving website and designate your gift to the Swanson School of Engineering. Visit www.giveto.pitt.edu.
