BIOE 3600 - Forces that Shape Organs

Description: The course will consist of a mix of lecture, journal club, and student presentations on how embryos build organ systems. Functional organs are constructed early during embryogenesis utilizing processes such as cell signaling, cell migration and shape change, tissue patterning and tissue formation. In this course we will explore organogenesis as a physiocochemicaly integrated process.
