Graduate Courses BIOE 3700BIOE 3700 - Functional anatomy of the extremitiesInstructor: Hostler Credits: 3 Term: Summer Description: The human body remains the most complex "machine" known to man. Nearly all medical science is ultimately focused on maintaining and improving its longevity and functionality. This course incorporates didactic and laboratory experiences to gain knowledge and understanding of normal and functional human anatomy. Students will be required to participate in human cadaver dissection. The balance of the course will be lecture and seminar format. Prerequisites: Graduate student in bioengineering or permission of the instructor. An undergraduate course in anatomy is highly recommended. Required Texts: Course Objectives:
