Education

Professional Interests

Graham Bullen teaches in the areas of traffic operations, control and management, traffic flow theory, travel demand analysis and project evaluation. His recent research projects include the development of a prototype real-time traffic control software package for the FHA and the analysis of the operations, ridership and marketing of natural gas powered van pool programs. He is a member of the national committees in ASCE and the Transportation Research Board. Dr. Bullen has extensive industrial experience including current consulting to national and Pennsylvania transportation firms. His former positions were with the Illinois Department of Highways and the New Zealand Ministry of Transport.
