Helping Freshman Adjust to Pitt
Nicole Pompa and Adam Balawejder are members of the Freshman Engineering Leadership Team (FELT), a peer-support organization created to assist prospective and current students in their academic and social transitions.
FELT supplements Freshman Engineering Program initiatives through the demonstration of respect, dedication, honesty, and loyalty to the University, to the study of engineering, and to the pursuit of lifelong learning.
Nicole is a sophomore in industrial engineering with a dual major in music. A member of the Hooligan Soccer Club, Nicole enjoys sports and music. Adam is an electrical engineer who enjoys computers, video games, and playing guitar.
